MADE BY KAY, IN THE U.K.
Beachu Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with salted fermented Chinese cabbage. It is nutrient-dense, contains probiotics, and helps support the immune system and reduce inflammation, among many other benefits. Homemade in Kay's kitchen with time, love and care.
Ingredients for Vegan Baechu-Kimchi (배추김치): chinese cabbage, daikon radish, spring onion, onion, chili peppers, garlic, ginger, apple, rice powder, chili powder, salt, sugar, rice flour, dried kelp, sesame seeds. For allergens please see ingredients in bold.
Best to eat after 2 weeks to 1 month of fermentation from day of production, dependent on your taste. The longer it is fermented, the stronger the flavour. See packaging for production date.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month.
Please be aware that kimchi is constantly fermenting and while it ferments, it produces gas/bubbles. Therefore there is the chance that it could leak or 'explode' during transit. If it is the case that you have recieved the jar and it is damaged, please contact us directly. While it is kept in your fridge, please 'burp' the jar occasionally i.e. open it every few days - once a week, to let out the air from the jar. This helps with fermentation for the best tasting result.

I found this through my favourite influencer on tiktok - she was right, this kimchi is so delicious! I finished a pack in just 4 days! So yummy, especially for vegan kimchi :)
The best kimchi I have ever eaten. Beats all the supermarket and restaurant kimchi I have tried
